Rough idling or uneven engine operation can occur when the fuel system delivers an improper air-fuel mixture due to issues such as a clogged fuel injector, weak fuel pump, dirty fuel filter, faulty fuel pressure regulator, or contaminated fuel, all of which can cause inconsistent fuel delivery to the engine cylinders.
Slower acceleration or hesitation when pressing the gas
